| | Weingut am Stein | At the heart of the famous Würzburger Stein vineyards lies the estate `Weingut am Stein, Ludwig Knoll’. The winery was founded in 1890. Now in the fifth generation of winegrowers, it is today run by Sandra and Ludwig Knoll.
The winery has vineyards covering an area of 18 hectares with about 25% Silvaner, 25% Pinot (P. blanc, P. gris and P. noir) and 20% Riesling. New varieties of Rieslaner, Müller Thurgau, Bacchus and Scheurebe make up the rest. The winery has top class vineyards located on the Würzburger Stein, the Würzburger Innere Leiste, the Stettener Stein and the Randersackerer Sonnenstuhl.

We offer dry and semi-dry wines as well as scrumptious, sweet ones.
As well as our wines we offer several specialities such as a sweet grapes liqueur and two different brandies, furthermore verjuice and versecco, a non-alcoholic champagne.
