Wine Producer - Africa
| Whalehaven winery | Whalehaven is a boutique winery situated in Hermanus at the entrance to the Hemel-en-Aarde valley in Walker Bay.
Our aim at Whalehaven is to create fine wines which reflect and respect the unique character of each grape varietal.
The wine is handcrafted in a classic and traditional manner. Our flagship Pinot Noir, the popular Cabernet Franc and
the fashionable new addition to our portfolio Viognier-Chardonnay have received considerable acclaim. Whalehaven
is also the proud producer of the prestige IDIOM label for Da Capo Vineyards.

| | Delheim Wines | Quality and passion for wine make this family owned and managed winery home to some of the best wines in the Cape. It is also home to the Sperlings and sisteen other families, some of whom have been together for more than 50 years, becoming pioneers in the South African wine industry. Now managed by Nora, Victor and Spatz.
Delheim invites guests to make the journey to visit their home and to experience the Simonsberg valley. Douglas Houston in Valley of Simonsberg describes the valley "as one of the loveliest in South Africa. At all seasons it is beautiful. There is a never ending magic." He writes of a visitor who on leaving said: " I am sorry for you people. You may be disappointed with heaven when you die."

| | Dornier Wines in Stellenbosch | DORNIER is a family-owned winery in one of the prime wine-growing areas of the world. Due to the cool False Bay breezes, we enjoy a Mediterranean climate. The grapes ripen slowly and we harvest the fruit in perfect balance. The vineyards are within a perimeter of three kilometres; however, the microclimates, soils, and slopes are diverse.
DORNIER has a clear focus on the premium segment. This is why we have a philosophy of uncompromising quality, a perfectionist approach and skilled execution. There are no boundaries between the vineyard and the winery, the same people get involved on both sides of the winemaking process and they know about the factors that define quality. Visit us at our winefarm and the Bodega Restaurant!
