The „JesĂșs y FĂ©lix Puelles FernĂĄndez” estate is located in the commune of Abalos in the Rioja Alta sub-region in Rioja in Spain. It was founded in 1855 by the Puelles family, which has been resident in the area for a long time. The current owners are the brothers JesĂșs and FĂ©lix Puelles, they have expanded the property considerably. The vineyard area totals 17,5 hectares, they are planted mainly with the classical red Rioja varieties Tempranillo, Garciano, Mazuelo and Garnacha Tinta. 800 barriques are available for maturation. El Molino de Puelles and Zenus are among the brands produced.

Unfortunately, no wines have been submitted for several years now, so that we are unable to form a meaningful opinion on the current performance of this producer. For this reason, we see no option but to suspend the classification until further notice.
