Prize awarded to Vinissima

The prize of the German Wine Critics has been awarded to the Vinissima association this year.

The association of German-language wine publicists (Weinfeder) has awarded its 2008 wine critics prize to Vinissima - Frauen & Wein e.V. (association of women and wine). In addition, a supportive prize was awarded to the three wine estates located in Saxony resp. Saale-Unstrut - Schloss Proschwitz, Pawis and Lützkendorf.

The prizes will be handed over at the occasion of the opening of the VDP wine show in Mainz on Sunday, 27th April 2008, by the German wine queen Evelyn Schmidt. (WF)
