Wine trade fair in Tbilisi

Readers letter (so far 0)

Wine producers in Georgia are not fazed by the Russian import ban. In fact, the wine trade fair WINEXPO Georgia is to take place in the capital in a few weeks time.

Ever since Russia imposed a ban on the import of Gerogian wines, the Georgian wine industry has increased efforts to open up to the world market, and to provide the type of quality demanded on the international market. Holding a wine trade fair is an important step in the move to improve quality, and to build up international networks. The WINEXPO Georgia show takes place in the capital Tbilisi from the 5th to the 7th of June.
