Valpolicella: Allegrini insists on screw caps
The Italian wine estate Allegrini has announced it will in future be selling its Valpolicella Classico as a straight Valpolicella. The reason given is that as a Classico the winery is prohibited from selling its wines with screw cap closures - and that is precisely what the winery plans to do.
