FORUM VINI in Munich
12.11.2008
9.500 visitors

Readers letter (so far 0)

More than 9.500 visitors turned up for the 24th edition of the FORUM VINI consumer wine trade fair, held in Munich from 9. to 11. November.

According to a statement by the organisers of what is by now a traditional event in Munich, the 304 exhibitors reported a steady flow of interested visitors, in fact on Saturday the exhibition halls were filled to capacity. Particularly great interest was shown, for instance, in the new presentation of selected wines presented by 28 wine producers under the umbrella of La Rioja Calidad, other attractions for visitors were apparently a special tasting organised in cooperation with the trade publication Weinwelt as well as a total of 24 seminars on offer. Only the FORUM VINI Preview event, a trade-only event held on the day prior to the actual show, reports a lack of interest by the trade. (WF/press release)
