The varietal-labelled wines must contain a minimum of 85% of the stated variety, the remainder may be made up of other permitted varieties of the same colour. The Bianco (in Secco and Amabile versions) is a blend made from any combination of the varieties Trebbiano Toscano, Nosiola, Sauvignon and Garganega (minimum of 20% of any one variety, together up to 100%), as well as optionally from any combination of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling Italico, Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau (20-100%). Rosso and Rosato (in Secco and Amabile versions, Rosso also made as a Superiore) are blends made from any combination of the varieties Merlot, Pinot Nero, Lagrein, Teroldego, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon (up to 50%), as well as from any combination of Enantio and Schiava (minimum of 20% of each variety, maximum total of 50%).
