DOC for dry red, rosÃ© and white wines in the wine-growing region of Calabria in Italy. The zone includes the suburb of San Vito in the commune of Luzzi in the province of Cosenza. The Bianco is a blend made from Malvasia Bianca (40-60%), Greco Bianco (20-30%), as well as from other permitted white varieties (up to 40%). Rosso and Rosato are made from Gaglioppo (70-100%), combined with any mixture of Sangiovese, Greco Nero and other permitted red varieties (up to 30%), as well as from the white variety Malvasia Bianco (up to 10%).
