DOC (also known as San Colombano for short) for dry red wine in the wine-growing region of Lombardy in Italy. The zone includes the hilly parts of the communes of Graffignana, San Colombano al Lambro, from which the name is taken, and Sant´Angelo Lodigiano in the province of Milano, as well as Mirandolo Terme and Inverno e Monteleone in the province of Pavia. The wine has a ruby colour, and is a blend made from Croatina (30-45%), Barbera (25-40%), Uva Rara = Bonarda (5-15%), as well as optionally from other permitted red varieties (up to 15%)
