Top wines in Domain Pinerolese DOC

DOC for a wide range of red and rosé wines in the wine-growing region of Piemont in Italy. The zone includes 32 communes (including Pinerolese, from which the name is taken) in the province of Torino, as well as the communes of Bagnolo Piemonte and Barge in the province of Cuneo. Rosso and Rosato are made from any combination of one or more of the varieties Barbera, Bonarda, Nebbiolo and Neretto (50-100%), as well as optionally from other permitted red varieties (up to 50%). The varietal-labelled wines Barbera, Bonarda, Dolcetto, Doux d´Henry and Freisa are made from the respective stated varieties (minimum of 85%), as well as optionally from other permitted red varieties (up to 15%). The red Ramie is a blend made from Avanà (30-65%), Neretto (20-55%), Avarengo (15-50%), as well as optionally from other permitted red varieties (up to 35%).
