DOC for white wines in the wine-growing region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. The zone includes 24 communes in the province of Forlì and 5 communes in the province of Ravenna. Wines produced in the commune of Bertinoro may state the name of the commune on the label as well. The wine is made from the variety Pagadebit = Bombino Bianco (85-100%), as well as optionally from other permitted white varieties (up to 15%). All wines are available in secco and amabile versions, and may also be made as a Frizzante Naturale (natural perlé wine).
