DOC for perlé red and rosé wine (Frizzante) in the wine-growing region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. The zone includes the communes of Bastiglia, Bomporto, Ravarino, Campogalliano, Camposanto, Carpi, Castelfranco Emilia, Modena, Nonantola, San Cesario sul Panaro, San Prospero and Soliera in the province of Modena. Rosso and Rosato are made from the Lambrusco variants Lambrusco di Sorbara (60-100%) and Lambrusco Salamino (up to 40%), and are available in Secco, Amabile, Abboccato and Dolce versions.
