Lambrusco Salamino di S. Croce DOC

DOC for perlé red and rosé wines (Frizzantes) in the wine-growing region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. The zone includes the communes of Campogalliano, Camposanto, Carpi, Cavezzo, Concordia sulla Secchia, Finale Emilia, Medolla, Mirandola, Modena, Novi di Modena, San Felice sul Panaro, San Possidonio and Soliera in the province of Modena. Rosso and Rosato are made from Lambrusco Salamino (90-100%), as well as optionally from any one or combination of Ancellotta, Uva d´Oro = Fortana and other Lambrusco variants (up to 10%), they are available in secco, amabile, abboccato and dolce versions.
