Gravina DOC

DOC for white wines in the wine-growing region of Apulia in Italy. The zone includes the entire communes of Gravina in Puglia and Poggiorsini, as well as parts of the communes of Altamura and Spinazzola in the province of Bari. The wine is produced in secco and amabile versions, and is a blend made from Malvasia del Chianti (40-65%), Greco di Tufo and/or Bianco d´Alessano (35-60%), as well as from Bombino Bianco and/or Trebbiano Toscano and/or Verdeca (up to 10%). It is also produced as a Spumante in secco and amabile versions.
