Cori DOC

DOC for red and white wine in the wine-growing region of Latium in Italy. The zone includes the commune of Cori, from which it takes its name, as well as parts of the commune of Cisterna di Latina in the province of Latina. The Bianco is made in Secco, Amabile and Dolce versions, and is a blend made from Malvasia Bianca di Candia (up to 70%), Trebbiano Toscano (up to 70%), as well Bellone and/or Trebbiano Giallo (up to 30%). The dry Rosso is a blend made from Montepulciano (40-60%), Nero Buono di Cori (20-40%) as well as Cesanese Comune (10-30%).
