Top wines in Domain Castel San Lorenzo DOC

DOC for red, rosé and white wines in the wine-growing region of Campania in Italy. The zone includes parts of the communes of Aquara, Bellosguardo, Castelcivita, Castel San Lorenzo, Felitto, Magliano Vetere, Ottati and Roccadaspide in the province of Salerno. The Bianco is a blend made from Trebbiano Toscano (50-60%), Malvasia Bianca (30-40%), as well as possibly from other permitted white varieties (up to 20%). Rosso and Rosato are made from Barbera (60-80%), Sangiovese (20-30%), as well as possibly from other permitted red varieties (up to 20%). The varietal wines Barbera (a Riserva if matured for two years), Moscato (also made as a Spumante) and Moscato Lambiccato (special method of vinification) must contain at least 85% of the stated variety, the remainder can be made up of other permitted varieties of the same colour.
