Appellation (OPAP on the island of Crete, belonging to Greece. It apples to dry red and white wines amde from indigenous varieties. The rede wine is a blend of Kotsifali and Mandilaria, the white wine is a pure varietal made from Vilana. Well-known producers include Creat Olympias Winery, Lyrarakis and Tsantali.
