Dry and off-dry selections are marketed under the brand „Apollo-Terrassen” (named after the extremely rare Apollo butterfly that lives in the terraced vineyards). The sweet botrytis Riesling wines are a speciality. In addition, bottle-fermented sparkling wines, Frizzante, grappa-style spirits and grape jelly are also produced.
