Appellation in the Languedoc region in France, created in 2005. It is a sub-appellation of the AC Coteaux du Languedoc region. The red wines are blends of Syrah, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre, with optional proportions of Cinsaut and Carignan. The vineyards are among the highest in the entire Languedoc region.
