Top wines in Domain Fleurie AOC
One of the ten Cru sites in the Beaujolais wine-growing region in France. It is named after the commune of the same name. The vineyard area totals 870 hectares, the area is divided into 13 climats, or single vineyards, which may be stated on the label. A small chapel with a statue of the holy Madonna is the symbol of the appellation, it is located at an altitude of 425 metres above sea level, at a vantage point from which one can enjoy a view of the entire region. The soils are granite and gravel with a high manganese content, the wines are elegant and full-bodied.
