Appellation in Jura wine-growing region in France, created in 1995. It applies to white or rosé crémants#Crémant (bottle-fermented sparkling wine made by the méthode champenoise). Permitted grape varieties are Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Savagnin. The grapes must be sourced from the Arbois, Château-Chalon, Côtes du Jura or L´Etoile appellations. Well-known producers include Daniel et Pascal Chalandard, Domaine Geneletti, Claude Rousselot-Pailley and Jacques Tissot.
