| There is a very large legal battle about this right now, and the outlook is not the same from state to state. If you want to follow it, get the newsletter from www.bensonmarketing.com/forms/enews_signup.html on direct shipping. There is news several times a week. In Michigan, we are not available to order wine on the Net unless we take measures to see that it gets delivered to us ourselves. In Kentucky it's a felony to do so. I don't know about Florida, but I think Florida is restrictive.
