Subject: Re: German Wines in Florida

There is a very large legal battle about this right now, and the outlook is
not the same from state to state. If you want to follow it, get the newsletter
from

There is news several times a week.

In Michigan, we are not available to order wine on the Net unless we take
measures to see that it gets delivered to us ourselves. In Kentucky it's a
felony to do so. I don't know about Florida, but I think Florida is restrictive.

I was not aware that we (Americans) could not purchase wines over the
internet. Wow! The fact that I have purchased items from companies /
individuals all over the world led me to believe that there were no
exceptions. Oh well!

Please keep me posted on your business. Perhaps we can find a way to
make this work.
