| Cant claim to know 01 well but a few previous samples (not always the full range -Don what year did we do? Stellar generally I recall, subtle vineyard differences) would suggest a few more years...tho sacrificing one now, to see, might not be the worst thing. Having an appropriate range of red meat on hand might be advisable in case you decide they all need immediate drinking!
