Subject: Closures in Australia


Hello,

thanks for helping me with finding a good book. I red the latest
Halliday book. What really surprised me, was that they complain about
using corks with the high quality wines. I believe the screwcaps need
to be used with the normal wines and high quality cork for the
premium stuff. Am I that wrong there? More that 50 % of the
australian wines are closed with screwcaps. Should be like this in
Europe too.
