Subject: Good books about Austrailian wineries and Austalian Wines in general |
Hello, what a nice things talking about Australian wines. I do believe that there is no producer worldwide, that gave so many inputs to the wineworld in the past two decades. The possibility to produce so big amounts of cheap and quite good bottlings for the normal consumer is great. Of course this is not the best austrailian wines, but after all they made the big european producers started to work on their quality management. This may made the wines more equal, but at least they are technically correct. And the great individual wines of Austraila, like Henschke, Grosset and so much more great producers, are a real expression of Australian terroir!
