Subject: Re: Wine weekend in Boppard |
| Dear Colin, and the others interested in the Boppard weekend, my apologies for not responding, I have been in South Africa for two weeks, and not in touch with the forum. This may disappoint some of you, but in view of the long and late winter the Boppard weekend has been rescheduled, now for the Sunday, 30th April, from 10h30 onwards. Hotels: Ithere are plenty of hotels in Boppard, I suggest you look at www.hrs.de. Also, in Spay there is the Alter Posthof, at around EUR 80 for a double, and the Zum Anker, at around EUR 50 for a double. If you require any assistance, let me know. If we can get a tasting going somewhere, that would be great. I am home for the next week or so, and can be contacted at any time.
