Subject: Re: Does Riesling Get Drier With Age?

Hi Raymond,

yes, the English forum is moving in fits and starts.

As soon as I have all the details, I am going to send out a suggestion that we try to meet at the spring walk through the Bopparder Hamm vineyard, which looks set to take place on the 23rd of April - details to follow.

And, referring to your headline - I do believe Riesling gets drier with age, as the petrol notes take over. Don't ask me for a scientific explanation, though.

Kind regards,
Peter
