| Peter, I remember only too well a wine tasting that developed into a Trester tasting. It was not a good idea. If you are tasting whiskey then I will sip (non-Irish) wine and look on. But as to a tasting visit - I live just around the corner from the nearest Ryanair airport.... And we could certainly all benefit from an educational tour to experience Irish whiskey..
