| Hello Peter I was very interested in your reference to your favourite growers in the Mittelrhein region. I frequently visit Bernkastel and as it isn't very far from Boppard I have visited there on occasion too. Please could you point out some of your favourites, particularly if they have web sites, I could then look to buy with confidence in the Boppard/Oberwessel area. My wife like Feinherb wines in particular, but this is probably a category limited to the Moselle. Incidentally how can one make the bureaucrats see sense over uncomplicated wine laws? I hate to have to say it, but there appears to be a better than you/snobbish element creeping out from the Rheingau region in all this, even though they make some excellent wines.
