| Raymond, A Grosses Gewächs is literally a Great Growth; it has to do with the "terroir" or, if you prefer, with the vineyard. On the other hand, Spätle se Trocken is a style of wine: the grapes have been harvested rather late in the season (spätlese means late selection), and vinified dry (trocken).
