Subject: AW: Kabinett Cost More Than Spatlese - How? |
| Hi Ray, it is difficult to give you a good answer before knowing more about both wines. One winery often has more different wines with same classification (like i.e. Kabinett) and same variety, but on different quality levels. Please keep in mind that the classification (Kabinett, Spaetlese, Auslese,...) is not realy a reliable indication for the quality. First of all it is only a indication for the potential sugar. Please post all infos from the label. May be with those information it is possible to give you a good reason for the difference in the price.
