Hi Collin, I am afraid you asked with me the wrong person about Wurttemberg
wines, since I am most enthusiastic about the wonderful reds, roses, whites.
What you bought is what I like to see in front of me sparkling in my
wineglass.
Only one small advise, if you don't mind me telling: don't treat the wine
like a lemonade or beer - means, do not open the bottle right after buying
and carrying home. Some wines transport well, others not. Wine has to rest
after transport! Every wine! Put the bottles lying down in a quiet place, if
nowhere else into your fridge. Then, after some few days take the one you
want to open and enjoy. The taste is now correct again.
