Hello Colin,

Trollinger and Trollinger-Lemberger shouldn't be layed down
for a long time. They are best now an shuld be drunk within
one Jear from now on. The best occasion to drink them is a
barbecue-session in august after yuo colled them down to
14°C ore something. The Lemberger may be fine for one more
year.

Some producers of württemberg wines that could be layed down
for a longer time:

Graf Adelmann (in 2003 they made the best red wines I ever
tasted from this winery)
Jürgen Ellwanger
Ernst Dautel
Karl Haidle
Gerhard Aldinger

The best 2003 wines of these producers (exept Adelmann who
is now selling some of them) are not bottled yet.

Greetings

Sam
