Hi Bjoern,
thank you for your clear and helpful statements. It's a shame that sweet wines have become synonymous for bad wines. In the old time - when the style of the wine was not defined by treatment in the cellar - the rule was: A good year offeres sweet wines, and a bad year the dry wines! It's so easy!
