Don't worry. You find and will find enough sweet Kabinett and Spätlese
from VdP producers like Müller, Haag, Prüm, Loosen, Dönnhoff, ... And also
from the many good non-VdP growers. The only problem is that today usually
"Spätlesen" have must weight of Auslesen and "Kabinette" of Spätlesen, so
there are only few "real" Kabinette anymore.
