Firm, fairly cool nose, pomaceous fruit and a hint of stone fruit, mineral notes and tobacco, herbaceous notes and a hint of hay. Clear, very juicy fruit on the palate, firm and fruity, full-bodied and quite creamy, also has fairly prominent acidity that provides backbone, touch of hay and tobacco, light mineral notes, good persistence and has some depth, spicy vegetal notes on a juicy finish.
Prominent mineral notes on the nose, citrus fruit and pomaceous fruit, hint of peaches, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, peppery traces in the background. Very clear, fairly cool elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, elegant tart herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, fairly prominent elegant acidity, lots of grip, firm, very good persistence and has some depth, still youthful, full-bodied and creamy, but also has a noticeable acid bite, still fairly closed at this stage, very good finish.
